From the last 2 weeks in 2021 and first week of Jan 2022, I was sort of experiencing back pain and muscle spasms .
As it the number of cases are peaking I was looking for solutions from an alternative therapy side . I found some useful physiotherapy / yoga exercises that I started practising and thought It would be useful for you folks too!
Remember to consult your doctor / physician before trying out these exercises if there is severe pain or discomfort. Yoga/Physiotherapy is not a cure but a preventive cure to back pain or escalating the muscle from going soar.
Here are some from my archives : All these exercises need to be done on a flat surface with a comfortable yoga mat spread on the floor or ensure the surface is flat on the bed and you are lying on your back . All exercises can be done thrice ( 3 times )
Tail Bone Lifting
Both legs to chest , Alternate leg to chest lift
Both knees spinal twist ( right and left )
Lying on the Stomach exercises:
Right knee to the side for 5 mins
Cat and Camel Stretch
2 pillows under the hips and bend the knee and lift hip
Lie on the stomach and hands behind & lift chest up
Positive: a peaceful and balanced person who dislikes quarrelling and respects the law. In work this may be a supervisor or a person who watches over the procedures. Someone who likes harmony, is sensitive to the needs of others and delicate while contacting other people.
Negative: a conformist, someone who puts the blame for their faults on others, avoids taking ultimate decisions, is changeable, shallow, superficial and messy. May have problems with law and to be dishonest.
Professions: a lawyer, a judge, a clerk, an official, an auditor, a controller.
In this situation you must be honest, otherwise you will have to face serious consequences. Accept the responsability for the mistakes you have already made. May your thoughts, words and deeds be oneness. You must make choice. Legal or official problem. Ask an attorney or a legal counsellor for help. It is advised to continue studying or to improve qualifications.
If you are in the relationship: depending on your martial status this card signifies either marriage or divorce. It is advised to go to a mediator. Lie. Perhaps you are too hard on your partner and you critisise him/her too much.
If you are single: do not play with the feelings of other people. Make sure you are not giving someone false hope. Be responsible.
Court case. An official control at work. You should keep the letter of the law.
Possible problems with keeping a healthy weight. In negative meaning this card signifies an imbalance (surrounding cards inform what kind of imbalance it is and which system or organ it concerns). A deficiency or an excess. Psychosomatic diseases. Endangered parts of the body: kidneys, lumbar region of spine and back.

Remember those scenes from The Exorcist where the priest tries to drive the ghost out of the possessed child? Driving away negative thoughts doesnít require as much effort, but it can be a pretty serious battle.
You can’t just tell them to be gone, but instead, need to develop a longstanding strategy for driving them away and keeping them out for good.
1: Admit you have a problem. It can be downright impossible to do self-reflection on this topic, because we often don’t pay attention to your own words or body language. One helpful way to gauge your level of self-defeatist attitude and negativity is to create a chart with two sides. On one side, write down all you positive thoughts that day. On the other, write down all your negative thoughts. You’ll be amazed by how much negativity the average person keeps in their head.
2: Exercise. Getting your body moving is great for changing your mood and your thoughts. You don’t have to run a marathon or swim across the English Channel to make that kind of change…you can just step up, take a walk, do some jumping jacks, or dance. That’s right…dance. Try turning on your favourite music and moving and grooving for a few minutes; see if you’re feeling negative afterward.
3: Practice Gratitude. If making a list of your thoughts was the first step to recognising your negativity problem, building a positive list could be the first step toward solving it. Make a list of all the things you’re grateful for. Having trouble coming up with a list? How about your breath, your pulse, your sight, and all the other basic amenities we take for granted. Once your start writing your list out, you will find that it snowballs and fills your mind with positivity.
4: Talk about it but avoid amplifying it. Find a friend, family member, therapist, or helpful ear to listen to your problems without judgement, and without recommendation (unless you want it). You could also pray, journal, or craft an art project around your feelings. Once they’re out there, you’ll find yourself strangely (perhaps magically is a better word) unburdened of negative thinking.
5: Change your language. Take stock of the vocabulary and phrases you use regularly, as you did in point #1. Eliminate negative phrases and words from your lexicon, and watch your thoughts change as well. You should also take note of your body language and posture. Avoid slouching, and above all, smile!

🤷🏻♀️There are times when you may find that being around certain individuals or groups of people leaves you with feelings of discomfort. 🙅🏼♀️It may be that spending time with a particular friend feels draining or that dealing with a specific coworker exhausts you. 🙅🏼♀️Being around toxic or angry people is also draining. 🙅🏼♀️And you may even find that being surrounded by a crowd of people lowers your energy levels rather than perks you up. 🙅🏼♀️This is not that unusual.
💁♀️Each of us radiates energy and is capable of being influenced by the energy of other people.
🙅🏼♀️It is important to learn how to shield yourself, so you don’t unknowingly take on someone else’s energy. 🙆♀️While some people know how to instinctively protect themselves from being adversely affected by energy, most of us need to discover and practice the technique that works best.
There are a number of ways to avoid being affected by people’s energy.
✅Shielding is one preventative technique you can use. ✅Center yourself and envision being enveloped in a cocoon of loving and protective light. This protective layer should allow you to consciously regulate the energy around you. ✅The intent to shield oneself is all you need for this technique to work. You can even create a trigger word to assist you in quickly creating a shield. ✅Say this word each time you create a new shield, until the word and the shield become automatically associated in your mind. ✅If you run into a person whose energy you find draining, you may want to cleanse your own energy field after your encounter. ✅Sage, cold showers, singing, mineral water baths, spending time in nature, and a simple break to recharge are all ways to accomplish this.
While it is important to know how to shield yourself from energy, there are those energies that you may not want to shut out. The energy of laughter from a newborn baby, the feeling of joy radiating from someone in love, and the frequency of calm emanating from an enlightened teacher are just some of the energies coming from others that you may want to have around you.

1-Splash Some Cold Water on Your Face
If you splash some cold water on your face, it will have the reaction of causing blood to rush to your face and head (thus oxygenating your brain), while simultaneously giving you more adrenaline and norepinephrine and which are released whenever we get cold. This is a great way to shock yourself awake and it is something you can do any time ñ just excuse yourself to the bathroom!
2-Jump Up and Down
Physical exercise is a great way to wake yourself up because it gets the heart pumping and blood flowing. This does not have to mean that you’re doing a full-blown workout though. Just jumping up and down or doing some press ups is enough to trigger the right result and you should find this can instantly give you a burst of energy.
A lot of tiredness is psychosomatic: which is to say that it is a combination of both psychological and physical factors. If you are slumped with your shoulders down and arms hanging for instance, this will actually make you feel tireder. Stand with your arms up and out in a V shape on the other hand and you’ll enjoy a surge in energy. This is a power position and it is a proven way to release more testosterone.
Likewise, if you’re feeling down, try smiling! Facial feedback is a psychological phenomenon that tells us you only have to smile to put yourself in a good mood and even if it is a fake smile, it works!
Not only will brisk air have the same effect as cold water but any sunshine you get will also trigger the release of positive hormones that help to wake you up and give you more energy. Have a Snack If you are low on blood sugar, then your energy levels will dip in accordance. Do not eat anything too sugary though, as this will cause a sudden spike followed by a serious dip. Instead, eat something that will slowly release energy throughout the day. A great choice is oats or a saturated fat source like avocado.
5-Take a Power Nap
If you have 10 minutes, grab a power nap. In fact, anything up to 20 minutes or over 90 minutes will work fine. Don’t stop in-between though, or you’ll wake up during the deepest stages of sleep, resulting in grogginess and the dreaded sleep inertia Otherwise, this is a great way to charge your batteries!
6-Listen to Rock Music
Energizing music is a great way to give yourself a boost. If you don’t fancy rock music, start with something low tempo and then gradually work your way up to faster tracks.
Here’s why breakfast is critical. When you first wake up in the morning, your body is prepared to hunt for food! Your metabolism is all fired up and your levels of cortisol and adrenaline are at their greatest.
Beginning your day with a healthy breakfast not only helps to boost your metabolism and keep you burning off calories throughout the day, but it kicks you into a favorable mindset that begins your day in the life of a “dieter” strong! When I visit restaurants during my holidays , I used to binge eat on everything that is sweet and heavy on the calories.
Later on , I did realize that choosing raw veggies and healthy snacking did really boost my metabolism and made me feel lighter throughout the day.
Initially it was difficult to resist the temptation to eat all thats on the table , but slowly ,with a lot of mind control and focused on my fitness and health goals , I could totally overcome the food cravings.
A lot of the foods consumed these days are the precise reasons why most weight loss prayers go unrequited. Conventional foods are full of pesticides, chemicals, and hormones that go directly into our system. Think about it, if the beef you eat is cut from a cow that has been shot with hormones in order to make it grow faster and larger, it’s inevitable that those hormones will have the same impact on you.
Add a fruit or raw veggie to each meal starting with your breakfast. Even if you’re eating something truly unhealthy adding fruits and vegetables will help fill you up quicker and give you healthy nutrients that you don’t commonly get. This helps your body “look great” inside and out.
By consuming a healthy and hearty breakfast that’s packed with protein, you could be saving yourself from calories intake and jump starting your metabolism too!
The ability to imagine things pervades our entire existence. It influences everything we do, think about and create. It leads to elaborate theories, dreams and inventions in any profession from the realms of academia to engineering and the arts.
The definition of imagination is the ability to come up with mental images of something that is not real or to come up with new and creative ideas. When a child is playing house and creates a pretend story, this is an example of a child using his imagination.
As per mentor – Bob Proctor his powerful quote actually means “Creation begins in the mind before it becomes physical.”
Everybody has the ability to imagine, but imagination becomes powerful when you turn it into “manifestation”. Every material thing that was created by humans was first imagined.
