Inner peace is closely related to happiness. From Buddhist philosophy to Mahatma Gandhi and the Dalai Lama, they have all been strong proponents of inner peace.

If you want to find inner peace and happiness, you have come to the right place. The concept of peace (as well as inner peace), its relationship to happiness, and strategies to engage in which may result in an increase of one’s inner peace and happiness. Additionally, some practical mantras and useful quotes are noted as well.

How to Find Inner Peace and Happiness?

1. Nature

Several experts and philosophical treatise have alluded to human’s interaction with nature in increasing one’s inner peace. For instance, Robert Puff, a contributor to Psychology Today noted two types of human-nature interactions that can lead to increment in one’s inner peace and happiness levels.

  • Nature in the short-term: Taking short walks outside on an everyday basis while abstaining from using one’s electronic devices.
  • Nature in the long-term: Taking nature retreats for a few days. These retreats give us an opportunity to avoid day-to-day stress (e.g., work commute, workplace pressure, etc.) and focus on our bodies and minds. Retreats come in several forms and shapes such as visiting national parks, religious and non-religious retreat centers , among others.

When I connect to nature – I feel the oneness and the beauty in the flowers and my soul . It makes me wonder how can I better myself and keep getting every day . How are you motivated to achieve your spiritual goals?

I picked this article from Daily OM but I loved it because it gave clarity on how enlightenment can be attained at home. One need not go very far away to seek or understand themselves.And Enlightenment is also meaning spiritual growth.

Spiritual growth can take place anywhere, if you are open and ready to learn and receive. And I unlock the keys to enlightenment and awakening through mandalas.Mandalas have the power and containers of esoteric ancient wisdom .They bear the energetic keys to resonance or vibrational essence of the soul to the source – ie Creator.In short , mandalas or mandala art forms are a way to unlock your creativity, imagination , manifestation capability and tap into the inner wisdom of your soul self.
Its also a way to connect faster to the infinite creator in you!

Many spiritual seekers feel called to far-flung places across the globe in the interest of pursuing the path of their enlightenment. This may indeed be the right course of action for certain people, but it is by no means necessary to attaining an enlightened consciousness. Enlightenment can take root anywhere on earth, as long as the seeker is an open and ready vessel for higher consciousness. All we need is a powerful intention, and a willingness to do the work necessary to moving forward on our path. 

In terms of spiritual practice, at this moment, there are more tools available to more people than at any other time in history. We have access to so much wisdom through the vehicles of books, magazines, the Internet, television, and film. In addition, the time-honored practice of meditation is free, and sitting quietly everyday, listening to the universe, is a great way to start the journey within. There is further inspiration in the fact that the greatest teachers we have are our own life experiences, and they come to us every day with new lessons and new opportunities to learn. If we look at the people around us, we may realize that we have a spiritual community already intact, and if we don’t, we can find one, if not in our own neighbourhood, then on-line.

Meanwhile, if we feel called to travel in search of teachers and experiences, then by all means, we should. But if we can’t go to India, or Burma, or Indonesia, or if we don’t have the desire, this is not an obstacle in terms of our spiritual development. In fact, we may simply be aware that our time and energy is best spent in our own homes, with our meditation practice and all the complications and joys of our own lives.
We can confidently stay in one place, knowing that everything that we need to attain enlightenment is always available right where we are.

As you see from the water peace project movement by Masaru Imoto an experiment was conducted to check the impact of prayers on our cells .

~ Our consciousness affects water. Our collective thoughts have an especially remarkable effect. They are like laser light that can reach even the surface of the moon.

~ The water crystal picture before the prayer looks horrible. Examine more closely, it looks like a woman struggling and suffering in despair. However the other picture turned out to be beautiful.
To my amazement, it was not a hexagon but a heptagon.

We have never been able to take such a picture of a heptagonal crystal before. I wondered why this happened, soon I came to realize the reason and developed a new hypothesis: water is a pilot for all beings.

When humans, who reside in three-dimensional world, move to the other world, water alone can synchronize with the energy levels of their consciousness.

Water is the only agent that does not interfere with humans and takes them to the other dimensions as they are. Therefore, in the three-dimensional world, water must change its physical properties variously; thus, give us hints for its functions. 7 steps to Living a purpose-ful life!

Let’s start with the Basics. I wanted to let you all know that finding a purpose or aligning to your life purpose takes time! Whoever told you that it was rocket science is not authetntic …Its a journey and will reveal itself to you only when you intend to committing to discovering yourself.

So I’m sharing a few Basic steps that could lead you to your life purpose :


First, you have to be aware that “what is” is not necessarily the genuine expression of your creative, powerful and true self. You have to begin acknowledging the difference of being mindful of how you live in today, the present moment, and how you constantly project your personal desires in the future which have chances of not turning out real.

2-Be Committed

Show your commitment on working on this present path, made more interesting by the unconscious impulses and discover what it really takes to conquer reactivity. Learn to live intentionally and start expressing the real you.

3-Search for Guidance

To find a new direction, you need to search for proper guidance and gain support for new learning for it is only through this that you will get to discover the authenticity of your life.

4-Go for Clarity

Living on purpose requires you to be clear about your own personality. You need to know what values you uphold and identify your passions, strengths and weaknesses, all of which should be aligned as you claim your life’s purpose together with the intention of serving greater good and meeting humanity’s needs.

5-Render Service

The highest form of life fulfillment stems from serving those around you, driven by your desire to express your purpose after you have finally known your inner self.

6-Take a Step Forward

Commit yourself to your brand new path of living on purpose today and step forward as you create a plan on how to you further develop yourself to become better tomorrow.

If you dare to dream big, dare to risk too.

Giving up on your dreams is so much easier than going through that rocky road. If you have ever committed yourself to a goal, you know it better than anyone else – it is so difficult. Many people avoid dreaming big. Not because they don’t believe they can achieve them. But it is too much of a risk.

In my professional journey, I met a man who knew no fear of following his dreams. He was one of those inspiring personalities who led me to believe in my dreams. And I thought, why keep such a gem just to myself and not share with you guys. So, brace yourself up, for I bring you an exclusive interview with Dravid Seetharam and my learnings from the digital meet.

Is Risk Unavoidable?

Of all the useful advice and pieces of wise words shared by him, I was drawn towards “the risk factor” the most. Risk is unavoidable, especially when you are doing something offbeat. But doesn’t it make things more engaging and exciting?

One of the ways I see dreams is like a game. A game divided into different levels and stages with many boss stages, catapulting you into a new environment with an evolved understanding of the world, more zeal, and of course, improved skillset. In the end, the reward is so so so beautiful that you can’t resist the temptation but pursue it to the end of the world.

Dreams are intoxicating; they change your reality each time you conquer your long-term and short-term goals. You will take time to understand the risks and challenges you might face at each stage of your dream journey. However, I bring you the 4 most identifiable challenges that you will be facing in your quest. With the “tadka” of some fantastic tips, let’s see what they are and how to manage those risks.

  1. Relationships

There is no doubt that you will have to confront some situations when your relationships are put at stake. The bigger the dream, the more significant is the risk. And what would be more threatening than losing the people you love or people that love and care for you?

Life has it’s way to help you evolve. All things that happen in life are about going for your destiny, which doesn’t consider people around us. It understands people that love would stick and people who don’t would exit and make way for the right people in life.

We all have emotional baggage. We associate with people that don’t believe in our dreams and do not support us in our journey. Rather than seeing your efforts, people would blame you for temporary hiccups such as time and instability.

When our elders said you must associate with the right people, they were right. But so are the people who are not understanding your problems. People want different things in their life, and you cannot judge anybody for being non-supportive. It is merely about associating with the people that would help them support their dreams. Before you associate with people, know them before you make any long-term commitments. And if you have to let go, let go and don’t regret it because you and they would be happy.


You have to forget about sleep, you will have to give up your comfort, and you would have to double up your mental and physical workload to achieve your dreams. And it is only a start.  Success comes at a cost, but it will compensate for all the troubles it has caused you when it comes.

People like Indra Nooyi are known to sleep only 4 hours a day, and their success is magical. Sleeping patterns of people can affect their health. But train your body by increasing the workload a little at a time.

Having a schedule is the best way to ensure that your health is least affected by your increased workload. If you would regularly go to bed at a particular time and get up at one, your body would become ready for it, and it would support your decision. Giving random challenges to it is dangerous.

3. Finance

Dreaming big, flying high is going to cost you, this time even financially. Most dreams require you to invest in some resources. Resources cost, but can you avoid it. Of course, you must plan your finances well and understand the practical grounds of how much you would burn to reach a scalable number.

We know entrepreneurs who started their own ventures using their life savings. And they worked hard to make sure they are least affected by the financial losses. In fact, even your first win might have to be reinvested in the business to help it grow. Ensure that you voluntarily don’t take any financial burden before you achieve your dream, or if you have one, try finding multiple income sources to start saving for your goal.

4. Emotions

Dreams will cost you, emotionally, go back to our opening line. It will empty you inside out. It will duly need every ounce of positivity and motivation you have in your body to fulfill your dreams. That is a big gap between your desired future and your present circumstances. You have become so much used to your current situation you might just not want to change it. But–But do you feel the pain in your heart to live a life you don’t love.

Well, then go out and take over the world. No matter how risky the road is, go out and at least try. And each time you fail and feel you are about to give up, rest but not stop because it is all worth it in the end.

In the end…

A.P.J Abdul Kalam, in his speech, asked, “You want to be you or everybody else?” If you’re going to live your own life as a stranger who regrets not taking the chances when they could, then you can forget about what we said.

A true dreamer would trust himself and take the chances to reach his/her dream. And again, there is no easy road to success. You have to go through the risky dungeons. Not a single personality would become what they are if they didn’t dare to make difficult choices and take risks. Just open your eyes to the challenges you might face, have a contingency plan, and you will be fine.

Karuna Reiki or Sai Baba Reiki

Karuna is a word that means any action that helps to diminish other people’s suffering.

In Sanskrit, Karuna means “compassionate action.” The Karuna system of Reiki is a technique developed by William L. Rand when he used the symbols channeled by other Reiki Masters like Kellie-Ray Marine, Pat Courtney, Marla Abraham, and Marcy Miller.

Rand found the symbols to be very valuable, but he felt that they still had a lot of potential locked deep within them. He used guided meditation to become attuned with the symbols to unlock their full potential, and he called this new Reiki technique Karuna. Karuna Reiki’s energy is applied with more focus and also works on all energy bodies simultaneously.

People who receive attunement from their Reiki teacher only when they have become qualified Reiki practitioners. They often need to report to their Spirit Guides, Angels, and their Higher Self, and then afterwards they feel their presences at times.

How to do a release ritual for stuck emotions from your subconscious mind?

When I work with my clients , lot of times they feel the fears and emotional blocks release after space clearing techniques , however they still tend to carry the debris in their aura. Emotional atmosphere is something that is taken for granted because it is not visible to the naked eye – doesnt mean it is non existential. Here is where emotional body and etheric space clearing tools come handy.

How can my clients know about the feeling exists? Because it influences mood swings and constant yo-yo syndrome of happiness, sadness, anger, frustration , joy or aggressive behaviours. To create a feeling of peace, inspiration and creativity around your aura , you need to do some rituals.

These fears or blocks are generally stored around your heart chakra .

The ritual that I am sharing here, can be repeated every waning phase moon cycle to ensure that you are completely healed of that emotional state.

When to follow this ritual ?

1- When you have constant arguements with family members or spouse or anyone in particular repeatedly.

2- When everything else looks fine on the surface except there is this feeling of drained or suffocation or invisible pain or feeling in the heart or gut area.

3- Some bad news or some mishap occured due to which you are feeling low or sad for no reason.

4- Someone shared with you their issues or negative stories and you have absorbed those energies – subconsciously.

5- Mentally you feel blocked and no new ideas are flowing in or you seem to be stuck in a box.Also certain thoughts are repeated and don’t seem to go anywhere!

These are signs that there could be a need for space clearing or auric debris or releasing negative thoughts or patterns.

Timing: After the sun has set ( Post 8 pm your time )

Phase : Waning phase ( 2-3 days after full moon phase)

Steps for this ritual :

1- Purchase or place a bowl of rock salt or sea salt

2- Take a brown coloured paper or a brown/black colored sketch pen if you don’t have colored paper.

3 – Start writing down your fears or negative beliefs or thoughts down that constantly bother you or your intentions to release any sort of feelings or thoughts that have been bothering you.

4 – Layout a simple altar with a few candles and clear the space and just place a mat , a clay pot or glass and maybe a few crystals like black tourmaline, Jet , or Black Onyx or Obsidian to help you release those blocks.A kyanite would be great too!

5- Place a house plant or green plant next to you too (if possible)

6- An angel picture or a Saint’s image for protection and prayer

7- An incense stick , match stick and bowl of salt next to you.

8- Play some sufi or calming shamanic music in the background to get into the state to release your fears or blocks.

9- Relax your mind and body and emotions and start writing down those thoughts or feelings or emotions on a piece of paper . Don’t stop writing until you feel its done. Once you have done writing .

10- Hold the paper and pray to the fire element / God that the fears are going to diminish from your aura and say a small gratitude prayer in advance to your angels or higher self for giving this opportunity for you to become free of emotions.And may this be done for your highest good!

11 – Open your eyes , take the paper and light the candle or match stick and start burning the paper in the clay pot or glass bowl . Ensuring you take care of your belongings and stay safe. Take 3 deep breaths and say to yourself -” I see my fears burn in the flame NOW .”

“I see all the negativity or negative energies transmute into fire and light NOW.”

Flame is energy and anything that has energy has a vibrational frequency. There was fire and water and earth at the beginning of all things and This same fire and earth energy were cause by me in my body. I now identify that I have created this energy in my essence or in my existence and NOW I let go of this from my subconscious and consciousness NOW.

Thank you . It is done .It is done. It is done. Let this thought energy flow through you and Know that it is completed. See the fumes and smell them. Intend that you have conquered your fears. Contemplate on this ritual and experience.Note down any thoughts or observations as you get or receive any impressions.

Light a candle and stare at it for a while. ( 5- 10 mins)

Say loudly : I am a reflection of the universe.And I see myself and fill myself with light and love of a greater and higher truth. I am part of an Infinite Universe throughout the time and from the moment it was I have been co creating ever since. ( Extend your arms towards the light or candle)

May this light never be extinguished in my heart , but be with me through all times and all seasons. So shall it be.

This formally ends the ritual. Stay for a few moments in quiet contemplation. aware of your thoughts, feelings and emotions and calming vibrations produced by the ritual.
