During my long job hunt, I made countless connections on LinkedIn. Networking with Ranjini was one among the very few helpful and insightful connect that I had.
She not only listened with patience and understanding to my problems, but at the end I felt more encouraged and driven in my job hunt. I'm happy to say that while it took time, her suggestions helped me make the right and the required change and land a job in the domain I wanted to be in. I'm truly thankful for her efforts.

Though I have known Ranjini since my childhood days I have been in touch with her off and on for my career advice, recently she has been guiding me with "Design your life" sessions. These sessions have helped me to get more clarity with regards to which direction I need to move in me career, helped me to focus my energies, build patience and confidence. Ranjini's program is very practical and indeed helps you to design your own career path.
